Do you have a problem with your Samsung Monitor Display?
If you have a partially or completely blank screen when the monitor turned on, it typically indicates that you have a problem.
Follow the given instruction to resolve the issues.
- Must check that the cable is not loose.
Your cable must connect to the monitor to the external device, it securely plugged in at both ends.
- Must select the right source.
You have to sure that the source matches the port on the back of the monitor that your external device is connected to.
- Must check updated drivers.
Your graphics card’s driver must be updated. You can get the latest version of its manufacture’s website.
- Set the resolution and refresh rate to native settings.
The refresh rate or resolution are set to settings the monitor cannot display( it may result in a blank screen). Setting these back to the native settings for the monitor will fix it.
- Update your monitor’s firmware.

Most of the monitors do not need a firmware update. If in case the download center does not list your model, then it is not needed.
- Try to connect a different device to the monitor.
