Today’s Problem with the Password- you must know about it


Passwords are for our security, but sometimes it creates issues. Weak passwords are likely hacked easily, and due to work pressure or other things, we forget our password.

Well! I know we all are concern about our password; even we can’t share our password with our loved ones.  

With the explosion of social media website and with more and more online transactions on the internet, it is obvious that each and every one of us has a growing number of usernames and password that we all are trying to remember. 



Whenever we are using a new website, we face challenges with the password and no doubt some of the thought flash through our minds when we create a new password.

Some of the website operators to let the user create a password that is easily remembered but, the downside, of course, is that password that is easily entered and remembered are weak in terms and also these kind of password are likely to be hacked easily.

I have read something interesting the recent study of China’s Internet population, just have a look.

 A recent study says that China’s Internet population has now hit 485 million, so the cumulative number of usernames and passwords on the Internet is growing exponentially.  That same Chinese study reported that 25% of Internet users have reported their account or password stolen, which if you were to believe that report means that 100 million users in China alone have been or will be hacked this year.

Whenever you pick a password for a new website, try to enter a complex password so that it cannot hack by the bad guy. 

According to Microsoft’s TechNet, for a password to be effective, it needs to meet the following criteria:

• Changed every 60 days
• At least eight characters long
• Use both upper and lower case characters
• Contain a combination of alphanumeric characters and symbols
• Unique (only used for this particular profile/website)
• Stored using reversible encryption.

By following these criteria, I am sure you password never gonna hack by the bad guy.
